Have you set up your account with Premier Management?

1. Set up your login. Use Email address
2. Use the sign-up link if you haven't already established a login.
3. You can set up autopay (automatic recurring payments) directly in your Vantaca Home portal. Here’s how to do it:  AutoPay will pay your bill when it is due and adjust the amount if the assessment changes.  (Recurring payment will not adjust.)

How to Set Up Autopay

1. From Home**, click on **Payments** in the left menu.

2. In the Payments section, look for options like

**Auto-Draft**, **Recurring Payment**, or **Set Up Autopay**.

3. Follow the prompts to:

   - Add your preferred payment method (bank account or credit/debit card)

   - Choose the amount and frequency (usually monthly or quarterly)

   - Confirm and save your autopay settings

 **Important Tips:**

- Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid missed payments.

- You can review, edit, or cancel your autopay settings anytime from the same Payments section.

Checks for your association should be made payable to:

Windswept Condominium Association 

c/o Premier Community Association Management, LLC

and mailed to: PO Box 97972,  Las Vegas, NV 89193-7972

Be sure to include your account number on the check for proper credit.
