Garage Lighting Project - Complete

Dear Neighbors,

First, Many thanks to all of you for moving your vehicles. That made work easier and faster.

At last, those 20-year-old rusty, bug encrusted with cracked plastic fixtures have been replaced.

The full-time residents can instantly see the improvement.

More lights less wattage. Whatta deal!

Building 3,4,5,6, & 8 are complete.

The basic lighting scheme is motion sensing,

which will save money since their "burn time" is only minutes per day.

8-9 courtesy lights will remain on all night.

The trash rooms have also been improved.

Building 4 - Standby Night Lights only

Building 4- After driving through fully illuminated

Building 4- electrical consumption, Note change on May 2.
The demands spikes are caused by the elevator.
