Windswept Condominiums Policy (2020)
The following Unit and Common Element operation of the property known as Windswept Condominium Association and are adopted by the Board of Directors of the Association in accordance with and pursuant to the authority granted to the Board as set forth in the Code of Regulations.
Common elements are defined as those parts of a condo complex that belong to all owners. With a few exceptions they constitute everything except the units in which people live. Breezeways, trash room, garages, roofs, lobbies, grounds are all examples of common elements. A limited common element is a part of the condo assigned to an individual unit but considered community property rather than the owner.
