Energy Management, Utility Closet Thermostats, Cha-Ching!

Many owners are unaware of our Utility Closets.
Each building has 4 closets.

• Sprinkler Room
• Data Room
• Elevator
• HVAC

The Sprinkler Rooms and Data Rooms are heated with electric baseboards. Each house water pipes. The electric baseboards had insufficient controls, thusly overheating the closets.
Critical Peake' electricians installed 23 thermostats on Wednesday, August 6.

High-Low Thermometer

Two for each building plus one for the Pump House.
This should positively impact our electric cost during the heating months. 

The T-stats are set to 45 degrees. This will protect the water pipes and electronic equipment in the rooms without wastefully overheating.
Several High-Low Thermometers are in place to monitor temperatures.
