Regarding Building 5's foundation: The problems at B5 are not with the foundation. The foundation is solid. See the report: "Building 5 Engineer's Report, Hann & Hann" on this web page listed under "Projects".
In the absense of an anticipated comprehensive engineers report, is there a consensus amongst the board as to whether similar problems likely do exist in several, or all, of our other buildings?
Do we have any update on Building 5 restoration work? The workers have not been here for 2 weeks now and I would appreciate more information regarding the pause and plan for work completion. Thank you.
