Matthew
Yakshe and Wendy Whittam, of Premier Community Association Management, our new
management company, will conduct a brief orientation to familiarize us with the
new website, explain how to pay our assessments, enter work orders, find
documents of interest such as our governing documents and meeting minutes, and
provide us with other useful and valuable information. At the conclusion of the
presentation, they will answer your questions.
Every
Windswept owner should have received two emails from Premier; the first
introducing themselves and the second providing login information and two attachments
the first being a user guide to our new portal and the second attachment explaining
how to pay our quarterly assessment. If you have not received either or both emails,
contact Matthew Yakshe, our Community Manager, by emailing him at MYakshe@pcam.net.
Premier
will be sending a recording of the meeting to all owners.
I
